Commercial floors

Commercial Floor Coatings in Wichita

Your floor shouldn't shut you down.

Downtime

Downtime is the problem, not the floor

Most facility managers know their floor needs work. What stops them is the question nobody answers clearly: how long will it be out of service?

We'll answer that in writing before you sign anything, area by area, with a phasing plan built around your operating hours. Nights, weekends, shutdown windows, one aisle at a time. We work around your schedule rather than asking you to work around ours.

Sectors

Where we work

  • Warehouses and distribution
  • Auto dealerships and service facilities

  • Showrooms and retail
  • Gyms and fitness facilities
  • Manufacturing and light industrial
  • Storage facilities
  • Workshops and service businesses

The business case

What a coated floor does for a facility

  • Cuts cleaning cost — a sealed floor cleans faster and stays clean longer than porous concrete.
  • Kills the dust — concrete dusting contaminates product, equipment and air.
  • Improves lighting — a reflective floor measurably brightens a space.
  • Supports safety — anti-slip options and clear traffic markings.
  • Protects the slab — from chemical and mechanical damage.
  • Looks professional — when customers walk through.

Our approach

How we approach a commercial job

  1. Site walk: traffic type and weight, chemical exposure, your cleaning process, joints, drains, existing coatings, slab condition.
  2. Moisture testing, mandatory on commercial slabs. Vapor transmission is one of the most common causes of commercial coating failure.
  3. Phasing plan in writing, with return-to-service times by area.
  4. Preparation: full mechanical preparation scaled to the size of the floor.
  5. Installation around your schedule.
  6. Handover with cleaning and maintenance guidance specific to your equipment and chemicals.

Before we quote

What we'll want to know

  • Square footage and layout
  • Operating hours and available install window
  • Traffic: foot, pallet jack, forklift and tire type, vehicles
  • Chemical exposure
  • How you clean it and how often
  • Any slip resistance or insurer requirements
  • Whether the work can be phased
  • Who moves racking and equipment
