This may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, floor measurements, floor or site photos, finish selections and other details about the work. We also keep proposal approvals and job, invoice and payment records.

Our hosting services may record basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser information and requests to the site, in server logs used to operate and secure the website.

How we use information

• Preparing and sending estimates and proposals.
• Scheduling, planning and performing the work.
• Creating invoices and collecting deposits and payments.
• Communicating with you about your project and responding to requests.
• Running, maintaining and securing our website and business, including bookkeeping and tax records.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Service providers and payments

We share information as needed with service providers that operate our website and business. These include Lovable Cloud, our hosting and database provider; our transactional email provider, which delivers proposal and customer emails; and Intuit QuickBooks Online, which we use to create estimates and invoices and process deposit and invoice payments through QuickBooks Payments, provided by Intuit Payments Inc.

Payment details entered on QuickBooks payment pages are handled by Intuit under Intuit’s own privacy policy. We never store your card or bank account numbers. We may retain invoice status, amounts and payment confirmation records for the job and bookkeeping.

We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect legal rights.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to complete and support the job, maintain bookkeeping and tax records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and the applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Access, correction and deletion

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records must be retained for bookkeeping, tax, legal obligations or an ongoing job, even when deletion is requested.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including access controls and encryption of data in transit, to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.
